Jennifer & Chris
Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana – A sunny destination beach wedding
Though Jenn and Chris were both born and raised in New Orleans, it wasn’t until their college years that the two met. During the fall semester of 2010, Jenn and Chris were enrolled in a few of the same classes, which led to weekly study groups together. After a few weeks, Chris worked up the courage to ask Jenn on a date. A few short months later, the two became an official couple.
After graduating in spring 2012, Jenn and Chris were ready to start the next phase of their lives together.
The proposal: Before closing on their house in October 2015, they decided to take a trip to South Carolina. The last night in Charleston, just a couple of days before Chris’ birthday, he took Jenn to the famous Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge. Under the bridge was a small park, which has incredible sunset views, and overlooks downtown Charleston’s skyline. It was the perfect place…Chris got down on one knee and proposed to her. Jenn was not at all concerned about the game being moved back home. Afterwards, family and friends who were excited to celebrate in downtown Charleston met them with open arms. It was an unforgettable experience to start their new life adventure.
Their destination wedding at Hard Rock Hotel was simply perfect. The weather was pleasant. Friends and family were amazed for the all-inclusive resort. They spent a great time before, during and after the wedding day. Hard Rock hotel is one of the biggest resorts in the area and has a lot of things to do. If you’re planning to get married here, you and your guest will not regret!
