Nina & Jay’s engagement photo session at Hard Rock Punta Cana

Nina & Jonathan met each other in 2006, but occasionally they saw each other at parties throughout the years until 2011. That year, Nina was in school at VCU, Jay came down to visit a friend and attend a hurricane party. They took a couple minutes to catch up. A couple days later, Jay invited Nina to his music show, as he was a local rapper, but she could not attend and wished him good luck. Anyway, they continued to talk and started dating in March 2012.

In May 2014, they visited the Dominican Republic and had the opportunity to attend a wedding at Hard Rock Punta Cana and they fell in love with the resort and location. They knew they wanted to get married here one day.

The proposal was in September 2020, and then the family grew up with two lovely kids. After that, they started to plan their destination wedding and as part of that, they did a site inspection to the resort in April. Also, they started their research of their wedding photographers and guests what? We did match.
