Annet & Josh’s Wedding at Royalton Punta Cana Resort & Kukua Restaurant

Josh and Annet met back in 2002 when they were still teens. They used to play together in the school playground and that’s where it all started. They would meet up in the school yard and he would always wait for her and she would always wait for him and that’s when it began! They were each other’s first, never really knew how relationships worked when they first started dating in 2005 but they liked each other and that was enough! 10 years later, they got married :)

The proposal as told by them: I was on a family vacation in Punta Cana and it was literally on the last night there. I was getting ready to go clubbing and didn’t expect anything at all. Josh came and told me that he wanted to talk to me… and then it all went down. I saw my siblings getting there one by one, telling me that someone was going to ask me a question. They all led me to a room with a pathway of candles all the way to the balcony and outside the balcony it was written in candles that he wanted to marry me!!! It was soooo romantic and soooo emotional because we had been through so much and it was all finally happening. We celebrated by doing a engagement session with GGGPHOTO! :)

Josh and I finally got married the year after in Punta Cana on June 27th 2015. We had our ceremony at Royalton Punta Cana and our reception at Kukua and it was truly the wedding of our dreams. Our guests were raving for days as to how amazing everything was! The wedding, the partying and the overall experience. The customer service we all experienced throughout our trip was phenomenal and we were all super happy with how everything turned out. Everything was really far beyond what I ever imagined it all to be!
