Gazebo Wedding celebration at Dreams Palm Beach – Anita & Ben

1 Pandemic, 2 Years and 3 Wedding dates… this is the short story of Anita + Ben!”

Their celebration at Dreams Palm Beach was simply stunning. Ben and Anita met 11 years ago and they lived 150 miles apart (in the UK). They soon realised that they were meant to be together and Anita moved to be with him in London the following year. Anita says: “We prioritised buying our first house and having our son together before Ben proposed – and I couldn’t wait to say yes!!!”

“It was an emotional rollercoaster for us since our initial wedding date was in May 2020 just as the pandemic started – we rescheduled and rescheduled and were constantly wondering if it would go ahead this time! says Anita.

This is Anita, about her experience with the resort: “I have to say the resort and the wedding planner were amazing throughout. We chose the resort from a recommendation from a friend who also got married there. Having never been to the resort ourselves, it made it a little trickier to make specific decisions and we were a little anxious at times, but Dahiana made it a lot easier for us. The hotel also had a bridal page on Facebook which I found very useful for hints and tips and is where I heard about the fabulous GGGPHOTO. After researching their work and contacting them, we soon booked them up!” Anita’s words.

Anita’s getting ready was at the bridal suite, sincerely, it wasn’t the best place for pictures, but, we were able to take some of them outside and they came out great! Especially, with the champagne “pop-up” moment!

They got married in the garden gazebo – which was great as were out of the direct sunlight – and then they had their reception at the poolside location next to the beach, where they partied the night away. “We were lucky to have so many friends and family joining us from the UK and we all had the best time. Georges and Mili captured the whole day in some amazing photos that we will treasure forever”.

Tip for future couples who were not able to have a site inspection before their big day… We highly recommend you to arrive to the hotel one week or few days before the wedding so you have enough time to review the grounds and check everything. Anita & Ben did this and they were very happy with their choices.
