Sunrise Trash The Dress photo session in Punta Cana / Destiny & Adrian
Destiny and Adrian dreamed of a big wedding and did not hesitate to choose the perfect destination for it.
After reviewing some different options, they opted for one of the most chosen wedding venues in Punta Cana: Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana.
In our first online meeting, we discussed our coverage service for their wedding celebration. They were interested to have a full coverage but also as they have chosen our biggest collection -that includes an extra photo session- they decided to have a trash the dress too.
We told them that we are not the preferred vendor for this resort, but we have plenty of experience shooting there.
“Could you tell us how we can handle the vendor fee if we want to hire us as our wedding team?“ Is one of the most common questions for us.
And these are the options:
The first one is to pay a “vendor fee” of USD1500 plus the cost of the day pass per each person of the team entering the hotel.
Or as a second option, you can include us on your wedding guest list and book a room for us for a minimum of two nights.
Nonetheless, we always recommend talking to your onsite wedding planner regarding the latest resort policies, especially if you are reading this text in the future.
Destiny and Adrian choose to get a room for us and upgrade us from vendors to guests and, so we were able to stay at the hotel for 2 nights and 3 days, they decided to do their trash the dress photo shoot on the third day on the same beach that they got married on.
In other words, they were able to rest the whole day after the wedding, sharing relaxed moments with their families and friends.
With all the wedding stress gone, this kind of photo shoot is perfect to have some fun, moments of complicity and just be themselves.
They wore their wedding attires for the pictures but If you don’t want to ruin yours, you can buy a cheap wedding dress or simply use another outfit for the photos. Sunglasses and sunscreen are almost mandatory.
We recommend the best time for a trash the dress to go for sunrise because the light is perfect, the sky and the sea are calm and there’s not a lot of people walking on the shore. Destiny and Adrian definitely had a special and relaxing time doing their trash the dress photo session.
