Wedding Anniversary Photo Shoot in Punta Cana / Halie & Mark

Halie & Mark were one of our couples who we made a match with immediately. She just wrote to us a few weeks before her wedding celebration at Dreams Punta Cana and after exchanging two emails, she was signing her contract for our services.

They had a beautiful destination wedding celebration and were able to enjoyed pretty good and nice weather, they also had a positive experience working with all the wedding staff at the resort. And with us, they really made everything so easy. They loved their wedding pictures so, when their first wedding anniversary was approaching, we received another message from Halie asking to take their pics once again. We replied immediately with a resounding YES!.

As part of their wedding experience at Dreams Punta Cana, they returned to this resort for their first wedding anniversary. Sadly, we were not able to get into the property to take pictures because, as most of the “all inclusive” resorts in Punta Cana, they charge a “vendor fee” for hiring anybody to come work at the resort and it is not a cheap fee.

We offered to pick them up from the resort and go to another location. They agreed with this idea and to be honest, it was a good choice. We found a very special spot for their pics, not so far from the hotel.

It was a stunning location with a lot of big palm trees for a very Caribbean style. Even though we had a lot of sargassum on the shores that day, this element didn’t look as a problem for us or them. But we were very lucky to find a local woman with a beautiful horse and she allowed us to used for some images. The result? Scroll down to see how these pictures turned out.
